House chairman endorses Flournoy to be Biden's Secretary of Defense nominee
The Democratic chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, Rep. Adam Smith, is backing Michele Flournoy to be President-elect Joe Biden's pick for Defense Secretary, saying Monday she is "hands down" the most qualified person for the job.
