This president says his country is battling two pandemics
In June, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa said the country is battling dual pandemics: coronavirus and gender-based violence. In 2019, there were nearly 180,000 violent crimes against women and almost 3,000 murders. CNN's David McKenzie reports.
