Could this case be Assange's roadmap?
Self-proclaimed hacker Lauri Love successfully fought extradition when American officials charged him with crimes that carried a sentence of up to 99 years in prison for stealing data from US agencies. Love claimed the punishment—and exposure to the American criminal justice system—would constitute a human rights violation.
